Printing 125 tickets for picnic. $10.00 in advance $15.00 at picnic. Picnic is Saturday June 1, 2002 starting at 3 PM, with pig at 5 PM. Food pig with baked potatoes, corn on the cob Lengyels soup, hot dogs, and wings. Maria will make posters.
Angelo will send out letter to members from 2001 you havent paid for 2002.

· Angelo will be resigning from Presidency effective June 30, 2002.

Summer of 2002 picnic will be Saturday June 1, 2002 at the Nesquehoning
Fire Co. Picnic grounded. Cost will be $10.00 for advance and $15.00 at the
picnic. Frank Kattner will again have the pig roast. Motion carried
B. Motion was
by Bernie Ogozalek seconded by Ken Markovich to donate $100.00 to the class of
2002 all night party. Motion carried.
C. Motion by
Bernie Ogozalek seconded by Virginia Tatusko to award $25.00 for every 2002
senior that scored 600 or more on their SATs. Both verbal and math. Motion
carried
D. Motion by
Maria Szczecina seconded by Nancy Van Horn to award two $1,000 scholarships to
the class of 2002. Motion carried
Scholarship deadline will be May 10, 2002.
E. Motion by
Bernie Ogozalek seconded by Ken Markovich to permit a mailing to 2001 members
that have paid their 2002 dues. Motion carried.

Maria Szczecina to purchase plastic cups and small plastic football to sell at stand not
to exceed $600.00 total. Motion passed.
The plastic mugs will be your free
admission the to the Homecoming party the Sports Zoo following the homecoming game with
Tamaqua Oct. 19th.

to entertain. Pig roast is set with corn on the cob and bake potato. Tickets are printed.
Will receive posters on May 12, 2001. It was
decided that if 60 or more tickets were not sold by June 6, 2001 the picnic would be
canceled. That is our break-even point.
D: Basketball tournaments Our share for each tournament will be about $800.00

B: summer picnic June 23, 2001 at Nesquehoning Fire Co grounds. Motion by Joe Blazosky seconded Jeff Szczecina, to
proceed with picnic activities, which include: contacting Colin Jones to play for 3 hours
from 4-7 or 5-8 cost of $50.00/hour. Contacting
F & P Specialties, Inc. for go ahead with pig roast (requiring $50.00 deposit). Poster to be made for advertisement Motion passed.

into sponsoring a boys tip-off and girls holiday tournaments. Motion passed
Discussion - Bernie Ogozalek and I met with Athletic Director
Mike Lukac. We will be sharing expenses and
profits with the school district.
Boys Tournament will start Friday, November 30, 2001 6:00 PM with the semi-finals round.
Saturday, December 1, 2001 starting at 2PM with a Junior Varsity double header,
Consolation game 6 PM and the Final game at 7:30 PM.
Boy teams Panther Valley, Northern
Lehigh, Minersville, and Cardinal Brennan
Girls Tournament will start Friday, December 28, 2001 6:00 PM with the semi-finals round.
Saturday, December 29, 2001 starting at 2PM with a Junior Varsity double header,
Consolation game 6 PM and the Final game at 7:30 PM
Girl Teams Panther Valley, Kutztown, Minersville, and Shenandoah.
